Feed Mill Maintenance Technician

At LEI Mills, LLC it is important that everything runs efficiently at our state-of-the-art feed mill. That is why we are looking for a qualified Feed Mill Maintenance Technician! As the Feed Mill Maintenance Technician, you must have strong mechanical skills and be detailed oriented. Our equipment must be maintained to make safe and quality feed for our pigs! This position is located in Daykin, Nebraska.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete daily, weekly, monthly assigned preventative maintenance tasks
  • Complete Mill Operations including but not limited to bulk and bagged ingredient receiving, maintaining adequate levels of products in Micro table system, and loading of bulk products
  • Maintains warehouse, loading and unloading ingredient area cleanliness
  • Monitors and maintains all feed mill equipment including drag conveyors, VFD drives, augers, bins and other specific items related to the mechanical operation of the feed mill
  • Maintains and promotes a safe work environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies as policies apply and are provided by LEI Mills, LLC
